Work domain

The Administrative Department for tourism oversees and coordinates the activities in regard to the implementation of the Master plan for the development of tourism in Istria, directs the activities in regard to the elaboration of the System to stimulate the quality, takes care about all the financial obligations towards the banks to be effected on time, as well as oversees the investments of  credit-takers, watches over the existing subjects in all kinds of tourist projects, supports in logistic and educates all the interested subjects in development programmes, visits the potential ones, gives advices, improves tourist development  programmes (fairs, press-conferences, presentations, internet, e-mail), helps domestic and international journalists in making reports  about tourist development  projects in Istria, implements organizational changes to coordinate the working process  and the actual legal regulations, informs the Assembly and the Regional Council, the competent authorities and the public about the situation in the field, as well as offers help in advices and communication (horizontally and vertically).
